The CDr comes in a Floppy Disk/CD Mailer with no further insert or sleeve and only the artist and release names spray painted on it.

This CDr was sent out as a thank you to some donators of OK•ZTEIN•OK's fund-raiser for the victims of the tsunami and earthquake in the Tohoku region of Japan on March 11, 2011.
