This ist a compilation by the Release Stuttgart association, which has been helping people with drug problems since 1971. The album was released to mark the 50th anniversary of the association. All the artists represented here have also contributed a work of art, which is illustrated in the 26-page booklet of the album.

The album is housed in a grey cardboard box that resembles the shipping box of a record.
