All songs were written, arranged, and performed by Janet LaBelle with co-producers Scott Bassman, engineer/producer at Original Soundtrack Studios in Los Angeles, CA, and Tony Maimone, engineer/producer at Studio G in Brooklyn, NY.

“Don’t Take Me Back” and “Suddenly” were recorded originally to a digital 8-track at the Original Soundtrack Studio in the summer of 2019 then completed at Studio G in February of 2021. “Suddenly (alt. piano version) was also recorded at Studio G earlier in early 2021 as a B-side alternative to the full-band version.

The mastering was done by Steve Berson at Total Sonic Media.

All of the instruments, including drums, percussion, mellotron, piano, harpsichord, Hammond B3, electric and acoustic guitars, vocals were performed by Janet LaBelle with exception to the bass guitar on “Don’t Take Me Back” and bass and acoustic guitars on “Suddenly, performed by Scott Bassman, and the electric guitar on “Suddenly, played by Tony Maimone.
