Tracks included on this album have previously been released on Best Of - Volume One and are now only available on this compilation

Track 1: Recorded for the Godzilla soundtrack and later released on the single Anthem For The Year 2000.

Track 2: Originally by Radio Birdman this recording was made in 1996 with songwriter Deniz Tek adding some guitars. Released in Australia on the Freak single.

Track 3: Included on the Ana's Song (Open Fire) single this track was recorded in 1998 during the making of Neon Ballroom.

Track 4: This version of the song has not been previously released commercially but was featured on the fanclub only CD single Paint Pastel Princess.

Track 5: Recorded during the Frogstomp sessions this version was released in Japan on the Israel's Son tour EP.

Track 6: Initially part of the Australian Tomorrow ep in 1994 this re-recording was made for the movie The Cable Guy.

Track 7: Recorded in 1996 as part of the Freak Show sessions. This track was first released in Australia on the Freak single.

Track 8: These Black Flag songs were recorded live to tape for the Miss You Love single.

Track 9: Originally by Minor Threat this recording was made in 1998 and released in Australia as a bonus track on the Miss You Love single.

Track 10: This single from Freak Show was included as a bonus track on Abuse Me.

Track 11: This version has not been released commercially until now but it was included on a single that was given to all extras in the Anthem For The Year 2000 video. A remix of this recording appeared on the Spawn movie soundtrack and a completely reworked version appeared as Spawn Again on Neon Ballroom.
