Limited edition of 500 copies pressed on black vinyl, 400 of them with standard cover art. Issued in a blank white record sleeve with artwork screen-printed on in either blue or black; this is the black version. Hand-numbered out of 400 in pen on the back of the sleeve.

Includes 12x12 double-sided insert containing lyrics, band credits, and thank-yous. A small piece of textured cardstock with label contact info is glued to each side.
