Folded cover and folded insert, so altogether there's 8-pages, all of which are put inside black plastic bag printed with silver ink.


I leave the Index Tracks as on the cover, however the labels are misplaced on the record (stuck to the wrong sides), so in fact the side with 3 tracks (listed on the cover and in this submission as Side Fish) has Infekcja label on it and the other one - Fish label (see the Runout info).
