Japanese cardboard sleeve release, which is absolutely identical to the 2011 UK release on Emanem. The disc, the sleeve, and the original booklet (in English) have been manufactured in the UK. Bishop Records has added a Japanese folded insert, and an OBI so that it could distribute it to the Japanese market, with another catalog number, and a different barcode.
