Tracks 1-12 recorded August 23, 2004 at Apolon Rehearsal Studio in Niigata, Japan.
Tracks 13-14 recorded on boombox during rehearsal March 2003 at Andy's house with overdubs done later that evening using a Fostex XR-7 Multitracker.
Tracks 15-16 recorded on boombox July, 1999 at Jake's house during rehearsal for the 1999 tour.
Tracks 17-34 recorded live August 25, 1999 on KXLU 88,9 FM in Los Angeles, CA, on the last day of 1999 tour.
Tracks 35-54 recorded August 2, 1998 using a Fostex XR-7 Multitracker during rehearsal for the 1998 tour at Jake's house in Iowa City, IA.
Tracks 55-63 recorded sometime early in 1998 using a Fostex XR-7 Multitracker at Jake's house with electric drum kit. These are leftover recordings from the split tape with Final Exit.
Tracks 64-70 recorded January 6, 1998 at a rehearsal space in Fairfield, IA using a Fostex XR-7 Multitracker. These recordings were done for an abandoned split tape with Deche-Charge.
Tracks 71-79 recorded sometime in the summer of 1995 in Forced Expression's rehearsal space on a boombox. Depending on who you ask, these are either the last Forced Expression recordings or the first Captain 3 Leg recordings.
Tracks 80-88 recorded March 1996 on Fostex XR-7 Multitracker in Mike's basement, and January 1996 at Studio 16 Productions in Ottumwa and were originally released as a split 7 with Groinchurn. Here it is, cleaned up, as it should have sounded then.
