Housed inside a thick glossy gatefold sleeve.
Originally released in 1961. This stereo release features Mercury black labels. Also available on regular long playing PPS 2002 (Mono). Prior releases with cat# MG 20867 / SR 60867 (the MG prefix on the mono albums was probably short for microgroove and the SR was short for stereo record). Other pressings include Mercury gold labels, blue labels and Mono white label promotional issue. Alternate artwork exists.
