Originally a SCUM release, but Merzbow is mentioned on the label and in small writing on the rear sleeve.
According to Masami Akita in the Merzbook, this was remixed and released without permission, with artwork taken from one of his collages. But a result of EP was fine. So, I'm agreed. But EP is still bootleg. (sic)

A limited number were released on ZSF Produkt with different artwork.
