The first version, this one, has a catalogue number that matches the matrix of Planet's distributor (Elektra) when the album was released. Later the same year, RCA took over distribution of Planet and the catalogue number was changed to BXL1-4355, which followed RCA's matrix and is a separate release (So Excited!).
