Compared to the very similar Space Oddity, Moonage Daydream, Life On Mars?, It Ain't Easy, this version has a relatively small gap between Not For Sale and the matrix above it. On the linked version this gap is much larger.

In addition to being supplied to radio and industry, the promo EP was also given away at concerts in the US, in a plastic LP sized bag, with an LP cover image on each side (Ziggy Stardust & The Man Who Sold the World (RCA version) as per the images attached to this release.

Front image on the sleeve is a straight lift from the 1972 LP reissue of The Man Who Sold The World.
