Packaged in a standard jewel case with a 12-page booklet containing detailed recording information and background notes on the artists featured.

Track 1 was written in 1913, and this performance was recorded in 1977.
Track 7 was published in 1935, and this performance was recorded in 1978.
Track 10 was written in 1916, and this performance was recorded in 1975.
Track 11 consists of separate interviews recorded in 1959 cut-up over a Duchamp tone poem (track 15).
Track 15 was recorded in 1980 or 1981; its title is listed in variant forms on the release.
Track 16 was recorded in 1989; the artist credit and duration are not listed on the release.
