[r3262939=First 475 copies] of this edition were sent out with faulty covers. The front cover and inner tray background were reversed, and were printed without a black plate, causing them to have a brownish appearance.

This release is the second printed edition (the remaining 525 copies) which has the corrected cover with the top-hatted eyeball on it's side in water, on the front and the triangle-eye on the inside. It is hand-numbered on the outside back cover.
