This edition of the History of Hardcore tells the story of DJ Dano who started as a DJ at illegal radiostations in 1984. After visiting the legendary Club Roxy in 1989 for an article on acidhouse for a famous Dutch newspaper he was blown away by the impact of this new sound. He became one of the most famous DJ’s from Amsterdam and soon he played at all the big clubs and raves worldwide. He was known for his experimental & hard sound and as the ambassador of the Mokum Records label. For this unique compilation Dano made some exclusive tracks that contains his biggest musical influences from the past and mixed them with those tracks that represented his style back in the glorydays of hardcore.

The DVD contains a special interview with DJ Dano, exclusive material from his home-video collection and previously unreleased footage of the Dreamteam.
