Track 2 is a rendition of the Béla Bartók piece 'Study for the Left Hand'.

Track 4 was recorded live in at La Faktoria D’arts in Terrassa, Spain on October 24th 2008 — a cover of The Beatles song 'Flying'.
Track 5 was recorded live in Boston, MA, USA.
Tracks 6 & 16 were recorded live in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Tracks 7 & 18 were recorded live in New York City, NY, USA.
Tracks 8 to 10 were recorded live at the Victoriaville Festival, in Quebec, Canada on October 5th 1990 (these three tracks are remastered versions of the recordings originally released in 1991 on the album '[m=920360]').

Track 13 was recorded live in Napoli, Italy.
Track 14 was recorded live in Chicago, IL, USA.
