The front cover has the 'Kill Yr Idols' title superimposed over the original 'Confusion Is Sex' title (later pressings do not).

Some copies misprinted with Side A & AA labels on opposite sides.

Teldec appears in the center labels on both the first and second pressings. The matrix is also the same. The only distinguishing factor is whether Kill Your Idols is written over Confusion Is Sex.
