This is a hybrid picture disc / white marbled record. The center 7 inches is the picture part of the record and there are no grooves on that part. The outer 2.5 inch ring surrounding the pictures is the white marbled vinyl part of the record with the grooves of the songs etched into it, and the green marbled effect is different in each copy.
The photo of Genesis on side 1 of the disc was taken in April of 1975, the photo of Peter Gabriel on side 2 is from 1972 or 1973. Although the package notes credit Peter Gabriel in the recording of The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway on the disc, it's actually a recording from approximately 1976 with Phil Collins singing lead vocals. The recording of Follow You, Follow Me is from approximately 1978.
