According to the CD liner notes, Rainy Days is the never released first album of XYZ, recorded in 1984 & 1985, after Pat & Terry moved from France to USA in order to launch the original American line-up of the band with Bobby Pieper on guitar and Joey Pafumi on drums. This early / mid 80's recording finally came out in 2005 on the band's own label.
