Promotional package to coincide with In Seventh Heaven New Years Eve 1997 Event, Los Angeles, CA. Promotional package came with one CD with artwork in jewel case and a newsprint booklet insert, both pieces shrink wrapped together.

Although the tracklisting shows 29 tracks, the CD itself has only one track. Also, on the inside of the front insert, the mix is listed at being 72 minutes but is in fact just over 74 minutes.
