Turning Point Discography CD. (1988-1991)

Hi-Impact Records was one of the hardcore labels Tim Owen was involved in before creating Jade Tree Records. The label shut down long before the release of this record but a Hi-Impact CAT# was assigned to this release anyway. Presumably for the sake of honoring the label and the bands that started things off 10 years earlier.
