Johnson. The first was recorded in stereo in Chicago and the second in mono in Los Angeles. For this compact disc we have included all of the stereo concert (tracks 1-4) – with the exception of a version of It Never Entered My Mind omitted for time considerations – and all of the mono concert (tracks 5-10).
