Sandy Denny's last concert recorded at the Royalty Theatre, London, England on 27 November 1977.

Due to technical problems on the original 20 year-old master tapes most of Rob Hendry's guitar tracks were re-recorded by Jerry Donahue, and Trevor Lucas' and Pat Donaldson's backing vocals were re-sung by Simon Nicol and Chris Leslie for this release. Neither Donahue, Nicol nor Leslie were on scene at the actual concert.
