Only released in Australia, this was part 3 of a 4 CD set from Kylie's days at PWL. The idea was for PWL to open the vault and allow unheard tracks to be released to the public. Although Kylie herself had nothing to do with the release, she was able to pull some tracks and therefore the release is not quite as complete as many fans hoped it would be.
