Compilation 2fer CD of Gasolin's first and second studio albums Gasolin' aka. Gas 1 (tracks 1 to 9) and Gasolin' 2 aka. Gas 2 (tracks 10 to18). Due to limited running time of CDs, the songs Tremastet Beton (from Gas 1) and Snehvide (from Gas 2) have been left out.
This version is the very first CD issue of those two albums, manufactured in Japan and released on 1 May 1987. Compared with the later reissue Gas 1 & 2 it has three distinct characteristics:
- On label, no text below the Compact Disc logo and LC 0149.
- On label rim text, last line is Manufactured by CBS/Sony Inc In Japan.
- On tray card, no encircled CDM below the Compact Disc logo.
