First pressing (1,000 copies) included a hand-numbered insert and the child's knee was hand-bloodied with red ink. Instead of numbers on the insert, however, each had a unique word or phrase written on it. Each copy also contained a page from a romance novel. Some first pressing copies also included a small, plastic ant; this version does not.
