This deluxe edition release consists of a gatefold sleeve with an obi folded around the spine, a folded insert with tracklisting and lyrics in English and Japanese, and printed inner sleeves for the discs with only the original tracklist for Very and Relentless (not bonus tracks) and credits in English.

The edition replicates the obi of the 1993 orange textured case (Japan version), with exception basically of changes made to the release title (stated as Very Pet Shop Boys Relentless), deluxe edition designation and tracklisting (all in English only), as well as the catalog number.

Track 1-12: Postscript is a hidden track featuring Chris Lowe on vocals that appears after 14 seconds of silence at the end of Go West. Total track duration is 6:32.

Track 1-15 is missing from printed tracklists, which count 17 tracks for Very, not the actual 18.
