Packaging is a four panel treble-gatefold digipak. The first panel is a sleeve containing the 12-page booklet and a sticker sheet, the next three panels are digipaks for the CDs.

Because the band's former label, Jive Records, owns the master recordings of all their old material, almost all of the songs on the album are re-recorded versions. On the first disc only 21 & 22 are from recording sessions of previous albums.

There is a typo in the credits, listing Derek Gibbs as: Bass, Goup Vocals.
The Written By credits for disc 3 have some idiosyncrasies in spelling/formatting, and there is no credit other than Operation Ivy for 3-12.
