This is a factory made Toasted Video release with actual cardboard slipcase box made for it (same quality outer box as an official release). The tape has a metallic sticker on the top of it also.
The running time if I recall is only 30-40 minutes (edits of songs) features raw pro shot video but audience synched audio, this is years before it got released commercially.
