The entire barcode is given on the spines instead of only the catalog number. It reads 4022562008375 instead of just 008375. The left part of the barcode, 4022562, was the code of ID&T at the time.
Also the back of the inlay is wrong, it has the same mistake as the spines. The booklet has the 3rd mistake; HSCOMP006A is named as catalog number. On the disc and in the matrix runout it says 008375 as catalog number. This number must be correct, because numerical catalog numbers usually match with the right half of the barcode, as it does here.

Track 1 artist given as Omar Santana.
Track 4 artist given only as Dano.
Track 5 erroneously listed as Hardcore From The Underworld.
14 is officially a remix by Rob Gee for Lenny Dee's Fuckin' Hostile and is called Hostility on Rob Gee's album Cow Tipping.
