Came in a cardstock paper glued pocket sleeve cover with a one-sided folded photocopied paper insert that is a replica of the elusive insert from the original 1980 version of the this release, although this reissued version was printed on white paper instead.

The recordings were engineered in 1981.

I've Got A Message and Dead Man were recorded at Cornerstone Studios Milwaukee. There were no instrumental over dubs except for maracas on Dead Man.

Prosecution Rests is a live recording from a cassette tape recorded at the Starship.

Although Jeff Shapiro is credited on the back cover as being the drummer in the band, it appears as though he did not play drums on any of the recordings on this release.

The release numbers appears as:
NO. 11 on the back cover.
SOD-11 on the center labels.
