Limited to 5 copies, 4 only were for sale. Contains Lost 1194 'Frozen' CD ( Em:t 1194 edition, which includes Square Centre Studios postcard, Em:t logo sticker, and Lost Void digital download access), and a lathe-cut 5 (12 cm) clear vinyl single, with a small triangular Woob-spaceship sticker on each side. The vinyl comes with a black stencil-cut sleeve and a signed gray-cardstock insert. The artist's original plan was for the tracks to be cut at 33 rpm, but the final release was cut at 45 rpm because the full duration of the tracks were possible while achieving somewhat better audio fidelity. Woob intends for the vinyl to be played at both 33 rpm and 45 rpm.

An initial clue from Woob as to the tracks included on the vinyl is the phrase, Have you forgotten...? No video clues (as promised on the artist's blog) have been given to this point.
