Promotional copies were identical to the commercial releases. Same pressings meant mastering details and run-out etchings were the same. Similarly the full-colour sleeve was used, the difference being a standard Mute Records 'For Promotional Use Only' sticker covered the barcode. Promos were issued in October 2005.
