Released as a cardboard die-cut celtic cross-shaped sleeve, with a digipak type anchoring hub. The text to the front is debossed gold foil block detail. Glued inside is a 28-page circular booklet.
There is a 24cm x 17cm backing insert, printed on both sides, affixed to which is a large advisory sticker.
The components are housed in a clear PVC jacket with a flap, with a black sealing sticker applied.

Chapter IV, Cruelty & The Beast, was invoked from the first full moon of January to the penumbral lunar eclipse of March, at DEP International / Abattoir Studios, Birmingham, E.H.
