The introduction of MIDI will be seen in history as one of the giant technological forward leaps. The Musical Instrument Digital Interface turned bedroom synthesizer boffins into one man bands, turned trios into orchestras and liberated many a sad Rick Wakeman wannabe. The first [r58703=Excursions In Ambience] gave praise to the '70s exponents of ambience, whilst introducing newer generation of ambient boffins. The Second Orbit continues to process with the future generations of ambient excellence represented in several exclusive unreleased tracks, as well as three hard to find Aubrey Mixes. The music presented here makes me feel so good; I hope that you, too, understand and enjoy.
