Recorded in three sessions at Fine Recording, New York City. Eddie Layton's Hammond Organ was picked up on the right channel through a Telefunken U-47 microphone. Rhythm instruments (bass, guitar & drums) were picked up on the left channel through RCA BK-5, AKG D-25 and AKG C-12 mikes. The sessions were recorded monaurally and stereophonically on Ampex tape recorders at 15 inches per second.
