Originally Proof also provided artwork drawn by himself for an official release, but that never happed because Rēal Entertainment was threatened with a lawsuit by Eminem / D12's representation.

Track 6 was originally released on Yester Years.
Track 8 is mistakenly credited as Cock And Squeeze on the back cover.
