The limited vinyl edition of Ming & Ping’s “The Light of Day/The Darkness of Night” is a long time coming. We're very happy to release our first vinyl and happy they were done to an obsessive level of detail locally by Capsule Labs in Los Angeles. Pressed on 135 gram virgin vinyl, these records are limited to only 300 copies, which are hand-numbered. The album combines the trademark synth-pop sound of previous records with an approach previously unseen by fans of the spicy duo as they combine two contrasting EP’s into one record. Take a trip through the melancholia of “The Darkness of Night” and its uplifting conclusion “The Light of Day”, or play it in the opposite order. And if you’re feeling especially spicy, the Deluxe Edition includes three amazing remixes, demos, bonus tracks, and a digital booklet with lyrics!
