-The box has 2 versions. The 1st version was printed Ziana Zain - Di Sebalik and the 2nd version printed Ziana Zain- Puncak Kasih.
- there is also difference on the album cover where the image was photoshopped and was soften.
-It was later reissue in CD format in 2017 but without the slipcase and a simplified album inlay.
-Puncak Kasih has been certified 3x platinum for selling more than 150,000 copies and it consequently became Ziana's third consecutive platinum album in Malaysia.
