A rare copy, possibly only one of these exists. Cover depicts Muddy Waters, painted by an unknown artist (no painter signature). The painting cover was not made for the owner or for personal use. Text on the cover (number, label name) is printed not painted or made by pen or any drawing tool (please see pictures). On the back cover the poems of Huddie Ledbetter's Leadbelly:

Każdego
Kiedyś
Ogrania
Blues
I w pierwszej
Chwili
Nie zdajesz
Sobie
Sprawy
Z tego
Co to jest

When Muddy Waters played in Warsaw in Sala Kongresowa on 22 October 1976 during the 19th International Jazz Festival Jazz Jamborre 16, the organizers asked him to give a permission for recording the concert. They said him that the album will be distributed for a small group of people as a limited edition. Muddy Waters said OK. The first copies had a poorly printed cover.

The person who was responsible for the mastering of this record has said, that this is the prototype and early version of the cover which was never released and accepted by the headquarters of the Polish Jazz Association in 1976. This is the only one copy of it.

Red label with information: Record Club (Klub Płytowy), Promotional Recording (nagranie promocyjne), Special Edition (edycja specjalna).
