Release note: Limited edition CD-only version, in mini-cover sleeve. Discs were left over from the 10 pressing from 2013, which initial copies included the CD (without the mini cover). The cover was printed and pressed in 2015 and was first made available on Surplus 1980's first West Coast tour in September 2015. Some 200+ copies of this edition was made available. There was also a credit correction where drum credits in 'The Failure of Commitment' was omitted from the 10 cover. This version adds that credit. Copies includes a free vinyl sticker.
