The catalog number printed on the spines and top right hand corner of the rear inlay: 433 210-2 is followed by a rectangular box which in turn is divided into three squares. Packaging: Thick double jewel case Fatboy (the top compartment holds disc 1 and the bottom compartment holds disc 2). Accompanying 244-page booklet with introduction, synopsis and libretto printed in English, French, German and Italian. The jewel case and booklet are enclosed within a slip case.
