In hardback book style digipak with obi. A 130 page perfect bound book includes all lyrics, extensive liner notes, recording data and personnel credits. An insert includes a reservation application for a Matsumoto tribute concert (Kazemachi Legend) that took place over two days in August 2015, backed by a URL and code to access further spoken word recordings not included on the CD. A bookmark is also included.
