This is a pirate DVD from Hong Kong (China). Even if there is a warning that this issue cannot be exported outside of territories of Hong Kong and Macau - I bought it in Beiging in 2005.
There is a misprint in the title list: WELOCME HOME (SANITARIUM).
Another mistake to this issue is the numbering od disc.
Disc no.1 contains the stuff which should be on the Disc 2.
Disc no.2 contains the stuff which should be on the Disc 1.

DVD 1 & DVD 2 recorded at The Seattle Colliseum, Seattle, WA August 29 & 30, 1989.

This issue is excerption from http://www.discogs.com/Metallica-Live-Sht-Binge-Purge/release/600476 - probably the two layer DVD No.2 was copied into two one-layer DVD discs.
