Includes a 16-page insert composed by a 4-page blue on white printed booklet with Programme and Notes of the Pisa Opera Group's Sixth Anniversary Concert at Queen Elizabeth Hall on the 12th of December 1967 at 7:45 pm (cost: two schillings), and a smaller 12-page booklet stapled inside with typewritten Programme Notes by Stella Wright and Gorden West.
The last two pages of the outer booklet contain ads of Marks & Spencer, Lister Lavenda, Queensway Press Ltd, and other London businesses of the time.
