Although #'s 15 to 18 are not shown on the booklet, CD or back insert card they are not hidden as it shows as 18 tracks when placed in any CD player. Also would not be a misprint. On #15 Dan says the final 3 songs guest members and 2 of the 3 titles and mistakenly (?) #16 as Years Of Static which is actually guest Drummer Mike Cristi's (Non-Fiction) new band name. Possible #16 title if not Years Of Static may be So High

Songs # 4 and 9 are covers of Aerosmith and Kiss.
