This is no compilation of live clips but rather a documentary film about the Art Rock Festival in Saint-Brieuc, France, held in June 2005. Director Olivier Assayas received carte blanche to shoot the performing bands and projects as he saw fit. There is no filler material, just plain performances of the bands present.
No tracklist is provided with the release, but all tracks presented are complete.

Track 1.1 (actually uncredited on the release) and 10 are not actually live performances from Jim O'Rourke, but excerpts from his film Door. About 20 seconds are used for the main credit sequence, about 2 minutes of it are used to wrap things up at the end of the film.

Track 11 is a documentary about the performance of Metric at the festival with additional footage, plus their backstage and afterhour chill out.

Track 12 features the commissioned experimental background film used by Mirror/Dash at their performance. Also features their complete set again (without being shown, of course).

You can choose between regular Stereo or Dolby Digital 5.1 playback.
