I've always liked the appeal of writing something that has no boundaries; something unique to take you places you've never been. That was the initial concept behind 'Research & Development', when I started the project around 4 years ago. The whole LP didn't take that long to write, obviously, but during that time, I'd like to think it evolved into something that could only come with maturity and constantly refining the directions I was taking with my music. The finished product is indicative of many aspects of media, such as sci-fi soundscapes, haunting film scores, video game sound effects and right through to pieces of music that would give anyone a hard time when asked to categorize. Anyway, with this said, sit back, relax and absorb that you are about to experience.
