In die-cut Montreco jacket. With limited issue 12 x 12 band photo slick, printed on a semi-glossy, thin stock paper, and inserted loosely in front of the jacket.

Photo slick has EPMRC 3007 catalog number. There are two different pressings of this record, identified by different catalog numbers on the labels. One variant has EPMRC 6007 on each side, along with a smaller (EPMRC 3007-A) / (EPMRC 3007-B) just below. The other pressing uses 3007 for both sets of numbers on each side. It is not yet clear which pressing is more standard for the presence of the 12 photo slick / outsert. There are instances of it having been found paired with each of these pressings.
