Released only a month after Born In A Crash this second compilation of pre-Troublegum ep's. Where Born In A Crash compiled all 8 tracks of the Face The Strange and Opal Mantra ep's, Hats Of To The Insane only contains all three ep leading tracks and three out of nine 'b-sides'.
Released in a standard jewel case with a 10 panel fold-out cover insert including lyrics, credits and photos.
The two end panels are an affixed business reply card.
Some copies may have a black sticker with green letters printed:
